It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Ray Dockery of Rome, Georgia, born in Conasauga, Tennessee, who passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Ray Dockery and Beulah Beatrice Dockery (Dunn); his wife Carolyn Ann Dockery; his sister Virginia Jo Lacy; his daughter Pamela Ann Dockery; and his grandchildren, Mackey Dockery, Lebriska Dockery and Tiffany Anna Nicole Dockery.
He is survived by: his sister Wilma Alexander; and his former wife Patsy Hansbarger (Marshall). He is also survived by his 10 children, 28 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, on Thursday from 12:00 pm until the service hour with social distancing guidelines being followed.
