He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Holden and Callie McCool Holden; his son Michael Holden; and his siblings, Vernon Holden and Helen Trotter.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Payton Holden; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rose Holden and Trevor Max Holden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
