It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill G. Whittle of Rome, Georgia, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey R. Whittle and Frances Payne Whittle. He is survived by: his wife Marion Smith Whittle; his children, Chris Whittle (Shawn) and Angie Whittle Dickens (Tim); his grandchildren, Brandy Nelson (Jeffrey), Abbi Strawn, Chrystan Smith, Zachary Dickens and Allyson Moon (Alex); his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Kate Nelson and Olivia Spears; and his brother Lydell Whittle (Barbara). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to P.A.W.S. at P. O. Box 946, Rome, GA 30162-0946, Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, makes this announcement for the family.
