We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2024, at the age of 75, Alberta Allen of Rome, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Alberta may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Ezekiel Diamond and Lois Jackson Diamond; and her daughter Abra Diamond Chislom. She is survived by: her husband Wylie Lamar Allen; her children, Wylene Cotton (Brooklyn), Ulric Allen (April), Kim Vickers and Tiffany Turner (Joshuan); her brother Howard Diamond (Becky); her brother-in-law Willie Allen (Yvonne); and her nephew Tony Hutchins Sr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the North Chapel (4900 Martha Berry Hwy, Rome, GA 30165). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
