He was predeceased by: his father Julian Carl Waters. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Lambert Baker; his brother Wayne Waters; his daughter Brooke Waters (Chris Bragg) of Sylvania; his siblings, Mary W. Williams of Hiltonia, Lynn W. Becton of Sardis, GA, Sue (Don Brower), Millie (James Bragg), Randy (Joy Waters) and Ray (Kim Waters); and his grandchildren, Kolby Bragg of Sylvania, Brenleigh Bragg of Sylvania and Makayla Mallard of Springfield, GA. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
