He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Holtzclaw and Alice Holtzclaw. He is survived by: his wife Carole Holtzclaw; his children, Shawn Holtzclaw (Anne), Traci Cleveland (Carter) and Tad Holtzclaw (Krista); his grandchildren, Nate Holtzclaw (Courtney), Katie Holtzclaw, Sam Holtzclaw, Cassi Cleveland, Kelli Cleveland, Rand Holtzclaw and Claire Holtzclaw; his great grandchildren, Liam, Noah and Matthew Holtzclaw; and his aunts, Kate and Helen. He is also survived by extended family, including Carole's many brothers and sisters and their families, many uncles, aunts, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 187 S Goose Hill Rd, Rocky Face, GA 30740.
