She is survived by: her husband Samuel Eugene Perry; her children, Renet Baker (Vincent), Kimberly Burton (Farron), Melinda Lainer (Bill), Brian Perry (Suzette) and Michael Perry (Shara); her siblings, Janet Whiting, Velma Francis (Tim), Karen Burgess, Debbie Setzer (Rick) and Tommy Burgess (Betty); her grandchildren, Veronica Perry, Joshua Bailey, Tabitha Perry, Whitney Henson, Benjamin Frankin, Andrew Baker, Matthew Perry, Noah Baker, Austin Norton and Tyler Burton; her great grandchildren, Mason, McKenna, Holston, Cody, Micah, Gunner, Nixon, Tallon, Braleigh, Layton, Layah and Myles; her caregiver Teenie Hixon; and her grandsons, Blake Perry, Ben Franklin, Chase Perry and Cody Nordick. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and cousins.
