He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert C. Parker and Sara Louise Harris Parker; and his siblings, Ray, Michael Wayne, Gary Parker (Stevie), Barbara Guyton and Shirley Gourley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sutton Parker; and his sister-in-law Nina Jean Henderson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Apostolic Ministries (712 Newtown Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
