She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Janice Hammontree) and Greg (Gina Hammontree); her grandchildren, Ryan, Tina Hammontree of Rocky Face, Kevin, Lacey Hammontree of Dalton, Brent, Gilly Kestner of Dallas and Garett Hammontree of Rocky Face; her great grandchildren, Everlee Kestner, Kinsley Kestner, Rhett Hammontree, Indie Hammontree, Graham Hammontree, Jordan, Julian, Juliet Hammontree, Cassie, Branden Townsend, Carre Welch and Dylan Brooks; her great great grandchildren, Cambree Ridley and Carter Langford; her sisters, Marie McPherson and Syble Knight; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Owen and Frankie Owen.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2627 Chattanooga Rd, Rocky Face, GA 30740). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
