He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Manley and Theoba Manley; and his siblings, Chester Manley and Edna Faye Crook. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kinsey Manley of Rocky Face; his daughter Chastity Jr. of Rocky Face; his son-in-law Charles D. Durham, Jr. of Rocky Face; his siblings-in-law, Jerry White of Villanow and Linda White of Villanow; his grandchildren, Charles D. Durham, III of Rocky Face and Taylor Johnson of Chatsworth; his husband Dennis Johnson of Chatsworth; and also, Bernice Jones, Bob Jones of Chatsworth, Mary Westmoreland of Chatsworth, Herman Manley of Chatsworth, Rhonda Manley of Chatsworth, Clifford Manley of Chatsworth, Shirley Manley of Chatsworth, David Manley of Chatsworth and Jan Manley of Chatsworth.
