She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin N. Mayo and Hepsie Dee Mayo; and her brothers, James Mayo and Marvin D. Mayo. She is survived by: her husband James B. Phillips of Rocky Face; her daughters, Lynna (Ralph Andrews), Delaine (James "Bigan" Hughes) and Elaine League; and her grandchildren, Bridget Guthrie (Drew), Bradford Andrews (Alexa Williams), James League and John League. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
