He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Flamand and Florette Rochefort Flamand; his wives, Barbara J. Flamand and Nancy Webb Flamand; his brother Art J. Flamand; and his son Scott R. Moulton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Barber (Kevin) of Rocky Face and Carol Sinkis (Mark) of North Oxford, Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Mandy and Meagan. He is also survived by his nephew and his six great grandchildren.
