He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Headrick and Lola Headrick; and his siblings, Johnny Headrick, Harold Headrick, Jewel Grant and Judy Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Headrick; his children, Anita Horn, Tammy Locke and Jack of Rocky Face; his daughter-in-law Amy Townsend of Rocky Face; his siblings, Richard (Carolyn Headrick), Thurman (Billie Headrick), Lamar Headrick and Rena Peters of Ringgold; and his grandchildren, Wally Babb, Caleb Babb, Christopher Dean, Brandon Headrick, Christopher Noland, Jacob Townsend, Jason Townsend, Alex Towsend and Mary Townsend. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2627 Chattanooga Rd, Rocky Face, GA 30740).
