He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Hardin Pope. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Hardin of Rockmart, GA.; his daughter Hayley Kelly (Will) of Marietta, GA.; his sister Mary Jo Mills of Marietta, GA.; his sister-in-law Jan Faucett of Florence, AL.; and his grandsons, Jackson Mahone Kelly of Marietta, GA., Noah Clayton Pope of Canton, GA. and Caleb Hardin Pope of Canton, GA.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
