He is survived by: his wife Mary Whitfield; his sons, Tony (Cathy Whitfield), Brad (Shelly Whitfield) and Stacy (Susan Whitfield); his grandchildren, Deidra Hernig (Jake) of Trussville, AL, Jeff Whitfield (Lauren) of Dallas, GA, Cliff Worthen (Hunter) of Rockmart and Justin Whitfield (Josie) of Rockmart; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Dixie, Lilly, Rhett and Ryman.
