She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Gene Brewer and Mattie Elizabeth Burnley Brewer; her husband Robert Leroy "Bert" Bailey, Sr.; her daughter Phyllis Melissa Bailey Tumlin; her brother Franklin Wilson; and her great grandchild Alexis Nicole Else.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Bailey of Bremen, Dawn Dutton of Villa Rica and Robert "Buddy" Bailey, Jr. of Rockmart; and her grandchildren, Joseph Tumlin, Jennifer Teasdale, Jessica Tumlin, Brittney Roer, Cameron Dutton and Adam Bailey.
