She was predeceased by: her mother Joann Hembree. She is survived by: her parent J. D. Nale; her husband Leroy Peugh; her daughter Brianna Smith; her son-in-law Caden Smith; her grandchildren, Jayce and Joanna Smith; her stepmother Shirley Nale; and her siblings, Darrin Nale and Krissy Shanahan.
