She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dodson Hunt and Sara Sessler Hunt; her husband James Aubrey "Orbie" Thaxton; and her sister Susie White. She is survived by: her sons, Henry Ford "Hank" Thaxton, Sr. and Charles Aubrey "Chuck" Thaxton (Michelle).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
