He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Meadows and Carolyn Crawford Dye; and his brother James Stanley Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Meadows; his children, Tember Meadows Christopher and Joshua Meadows; his stepson Jackie Blake; his stepfather David Dye; and his grandchildren, Kaleb Cook, Avery Cook, Paisley Christopher, Julianna Meadows, Finnley Blake, Olivia Blake and Scarlett Purvis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
