He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Betsy Thomas, Gordon and Loretta Shaw; his stepfather Robert Lewis; and his nephew Roland Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thomas; his parents, Carolyn Lewis and Frank; his siblings, John Thomas (Carol), Mary Dube (Chase) and Sherry Jackson (Robert); his stepchildren, Tony Ford (Cristie), Christa Hill and Candy Holtzclaw (Chase); and his nieces, Tara (Josh), Brandi, Chelsie (Randall) and Danielle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your favorite charity in Scott's name.
