He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Swift, Jr. and Ollie Ruth Rowell Swift; his siblings, Ann McCramey, Ruth Reece and Anthony Swift; his great grandchild Kyle Griffin; and his friends, Geneive Seymour and Annie Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Swift of Rockmart; and his sons, Roy Lee Swift, IV (Carlotta) and William Robert Swift. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
