He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Locklear; and his wife Linda Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Mae Brown Locklear; his daughter Ashley Locklear; his sisters, Mary Locklear and Belvia Locklear Murphy; and his granddaughters, Madison and Makayla. He is also survived by Several nieces, great nieces & nephew and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery Fund 6365 Braswell Mountain Rd. Dallas, Ga. 30132.
