He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shaw Lewis of Rockmart; his children, Mary Ann Dube (Chase) of Round Rock, TX, Sherri Jackson (Robert) of Covington, John Thomas (Carol) of St. Marys, GA and Scott Thomas (Debbie) of Gadsden, AL; his siblings, Faye Groover of Macon and Ronnie Lewis of Statesboro; and his grandchildren, Daphne Alisa-Marie Dube, Caitlyn Taylour Jackson and Danielle Thomas.
