She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Hayes and Frances Cain Hayes; and her sister Kathy Hayes Strickland. She is survived by: her husband Benny Powell of Rockmart, GA; her son Ben Powell of Rockmart, GA; her grandchildren, Katelyn Ballard and Chevy Ballard; and her siblings, Raymond Hayes (Valerie) of Chatsworth, GA and Deanna Womack (Mike) of Cedartown, GA. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
