He is survived by: his wife Shaun Waits; his children, Buffey Hulsey (Bubba), Brandy Cox (Adam) and Jeremy Waits (Cortney); his grandchildren, Addyson, Kinley, Hadilynn and Kate; his siblings, Stevie Waits (Angie) and Cindy Woodward (Doyal); and his niece Whitney. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
