He is survived by: his mother Mary Dathnia Benefield Ledford of Cedartown; his wife Wanda Lee Smith of Rockmart; his daughters, Andrea Smith of Dallas, Amanda Riding (James) of Buchanan and Adrian Thompson (Joshua) of Rockmart; his grandchildren, Ashton Hughes, Andrew Hughes, Sara Riding, Nathan Reynolds and Norah Thompson; and his brothers, Troy Ray Smith of Opelika, AL and Jerome Smith of Cedartown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
