He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kathryne Mayne (Roy) of Murrieta, CA, Tammy Annette Garrett (Tim) of Rockmart, GA and Tonya Renee Mahan (Mark Jones) of Rockmart, GA; his grandchildren, Jessica Acfalle, Katie, Griffin Garrett, Brady Garrett and Jacob Mayne; his great grandchildren, Makaila Acfalle, Kaven Acfalle, Kade Acfalle and Sonny; and his siblings, Donnie Mahan (Elaine), Linda Ballew (Charlie), Gary Mahan and Pam Wilson (Carl).
