He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Williams and Connie Louise Powell Williams; his wife Mildred Christine Williams Kelley; his siblings, Margie Peek Smith, Betty Hayes, Maxine Hulsey Skains, Craton Williams and Mattie Williams; his granddaughter Brandi Upton Williams; and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Angel Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Williams (Angie), Victoria, Darlene "Vickie" Rayburn and Rockmart Paul Marvin Williams, Jr.; and his close friend Linda Shaw. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
