He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Midgley H. Smith and Daisy Smith (Hooker); his daughters, Jennifer Kalous (Chris) and Melissa Hubric (Michael); his grandchildren, Noah, Victoria, Elianna Quevedo, Cayden Feenaughty, Hailey and Zoe Cansdale; his sister Kelly Forshee (Steve); his nephew Robert Forshee (Carly); and his niece Sarah Allen (Aaron).
