He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Lee Hall and Dottie Hall of Rockmart; his sister Deborah; his brother-in-law George Rakestraw of Cedartown; his nieces, Christina Rutledge of Rockmart and Aubrey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zoey Rutledge of Rockmart, Rilee Ford of Rockmart, Brandon Whitehead of Rockmart, Seth Whitehead of Cartersville, Alex Whitehead of Rockmart and William Whitehead of Cartersville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to offset final expenses.
