He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis S Fennell and Martha Jane Fennell; and his siblings, Maverick Fennell, Bobby Fennell, Reba Hufsteteller, Inez Fennell, Imogene Fennell, Maxine Fennell and Eyvone Fennell.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Fennell; his children, Nicholas Fennell (Shay) and Dana Fennell Rakestraw (Adam); his grandchildren, Jed Rakestraw and Kade Brown; and his siblings, Grady Fennell (Margaret), Charles Fennell (Connie), Manuel Fennell (Peggy), Troy Fennell (Sherri), Brenda Shoemaker (Randell), Dale Stacey (Glendall), Myra Dudley (John), Teresa Williams (Marty), Arnice Fennell, Tish Gulledge, Toni Callihan and Star Kilgore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
