She was predeceased by: her parents, Appling Dwight Mitchell, Sr. and Mary Ethel Speer Mitchell; her siblings, Estell Mitchell and Appling Dwight Mitchell, Jr.; and her son-in-law Lee Baines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn West Baines of Rockmart and Patricia Ann West Osmer (Patty) of Gurley, AL.
