He is survived by: his children, Elicia Morris (Tim) of Cedartown, Stephanie Hamby of Rockmart and Justin Hamby (Brittany) of Marietta; his mother Marcelle Hamby of Acworth; his significant other Jenalda Thornton; his siblings, Brenda Carlile of Acworth, Linda Clute of Austell, Diane Cook of Marietta, Sandra Mildner of Cleveland, Cynthia Eubanks of Cumming and Ronnie Hamby of Glenwood; and his grandchildren, Madison Hamby, Alex Hamby, McKinley Hamby, Megan Hamby, Greg Edwards, Macy Edwards, Sara Carter, Justin Carter, Emiley Edwards, Cody Scoggins, Allyn Lyle and Andrew Hamby. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
