He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Hanes and Doris Hortense; his daughters, Carol Jean Higginbotham, Rachel Kay Higginbotham and Janet Eloise Higginbotham; and his siblings, Annie Bramlett, Marshall Bramlett and Dona Young.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Higginbotham (Landrum); his children, Arnold Stevens (Michelle), Lynn Higginbotham (Cindy), Teresa Hackler (Tommy), Tammy Kurhansky, Annisa Higginbotham and Harings (Marty); and his brother Jack Higginbotham. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
