She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Tilley and Velma Gregory Tilley; her husband William George Chambers, Sr.; her son William George "Chip" Chambers, Jr.; her brother Daniel Tilley; and her brothers-in-law, Ralph Chambers (Marie) and Charles Chambers (Joyce).
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Hurt of Rockmart; her daughter-in-law Carla Chambers of Rockmart; her grandchildren, Mitch Hurt (Annie), Cassie McAlister (Greg), Shad Chambers (Kim), Jason Chambers (Jennie) and Kendra Brumbelow (Blake); and her sister Edie Miller.
