It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lonnie Wesley Arp (Rockmart, Georgia), born in Taylorsville, Georgia, who passed away on October 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arp and Geraldine Goss Arp; and his brother Marvin Arp. He is survived by: his wife Christa Thea Shumann Arp of Rockmart; his children, Teresa (Don Thacker), Donna (Bobby Edwards), Connie (Donnie Shurley), Brenda Johnson of Rockmart, Betty Moss of Rockmart, Sonya Arp of Rockmart and Randy; his daughter-in-law Lisa Arp of Aragon; and his brother James Arp. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
