He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Daly and Mary Marcille Gartrell; his children, Tommy, Andrea Gartrell of Jasper, Stephanie Marie and Bill DeArmon of Rockmart; his siblings, Tim Gartrell of Jasper and Mary; and his brother-in-law Joe B. Jones of Jasper. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
