He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Huel Burnley and Ollie Mae McAllister Burnley; and his brother Ronald Burnley. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Blackmon Burnley; his children, Stevie Burnley, James Burnley, Patricia King, April Suggs, Rachel Hayes, Amanda Blackmon, Jada Shea Smith and Lucas Oakland; and his siblings, Diane Hogue, Shelia Painter, Sammy Jackson, Terry Burnley and Ricky Burnley. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
