He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Williams and Sara Godfrey Williams. He is survived by: his wife Faye Smith Williams of Rockmart; his children, Tara Frasier and Josh Williams of Charleston, TN; his grandchildren, Whitney Frasier, Sarah Beth Frasier and Jemma Williams; and his brother Ronnie Williams (Cathy Jo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
