She is survived by: her children, Laura Leigh Hale of Rockmart, Michael James Merrick of Davenport, IA and Matthew Warren Madsen of Lehigh Acres, FL; her brother James "Jim" Arnold Nordine of Marietta; and her half-brother Richard Nordine of Oviedo, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
