He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dale Hicks of Rockmart; and his children, Barbara Gail Fox of Louisville, Melissa Isenhour of Rockmart and Ricky Hicks of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
