He was predeceased by: his parents, Hembrick Joseph Ballard and Inez Weaver Ballard; and his wife Jeannette Edwards Ballard. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Ballard of Rockmart and Gregory Wade Ballard of Rockmart; his granddaughter Jeannette Elaine Ballard of Cedartown; and his sister Brenda Ballard Graham.
