He was predeceased by: his father Buford Wayne Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Lindsey Dykes; his grandparents, M. J. Locklear and Christine Locklear; and his siblings, Randy Wayne Locklear (Jamie), Michael Blake Locklear (Sheila) and Dana Locklear. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to help cover the funeral expenses.
