She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dunn and Louise Whitfield Dunn; and her sister Teresa Baker. She is survived by: her children, Shelley Ponder (Jason) and Kevin Gay; her grandchildren, Madison Nussbaumer (James), Kaley Adams (Tristan) and Michael Gay; and her brothers, Freddy Dunn (Pam) and Whit Dunn (Joyce).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alvis Miller & Son Funeral Home & Crematory (304 W Elm St, Rockmart, GA 30153). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
