He was predeceased by: his parent Cynthia Osborn Tinnan; and his son Michael Earl Tinnan. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Wigley Tinnan of Rockmart; and his sons, Ronald Tinnan (Gaye), Rockmart Tinnan and Donald Tinnan (Sharon). He is also survived by several grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
