He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn C. Beatty and Maude Gates Beatty; his granddaughter Mattie Sanford; and his siblings, Jerry Beatty, Guy Beatty and Nina Jacobs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Beatty, Sandra Bailey, Stacey Beatty, Gloria Sanford (Forrest) and Amanda Brackett (James); his grandchildren, Megan, Jesse, Alec, Ashley, Bridgett, Jonathan, Cobie, Tessa, Carson and Emma; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Skyland and Chevy; and his sisters, Joy Simcox and Jane Stringer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
