She was predeceased by: her parents, James Preston and Josie Irene Miller Strickland; and her husband James Howard Redden. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra McElheney (Ronnie) and Beverly Ballard (Ray); her siblings, Margie Elliott, Vera Summerville (Wayne), Roy Strickland (Pat) and Danny Strickland (Judy); her grandchildren, Amanda McElheney, Ryan McElheney (Rebekah), Abbi Ballard, Wesley Ballard, Brittney Ballard and Matthew Ballard; and her great grandchild Ellie McElheney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
