Fayedrian Secondia McCoy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2025, at the age of 50, Fayedrian Secondia McCoy of Rockmart, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Fayedrian Secondia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her father Janus McNew; and her grandmother Val (Marjorie Martin). She is survived by: her husband Jody McCoy; her children, Nickolas McCoy (Holly), Vince McCoy and Laney McCoy; her grandchild Allison McCoy; her mother Janus Pope (Denver); and her mother-in-law Debbie Tolmich.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rosehaven Funeral Home (8640 Rose Ave, Douglasville, GA 30134). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home.

Per Fayedrian's wishes, the family has requested casual dark clothing and no flowers.
