With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Quarles Carlton (Rockmart, Georgia), born in Ball Ground, Georgia, who passed away on May 21, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Quarles and Georgia Worley Quarles; her husband E. W. Carlton, Jr. (Bill); and her brother Thomas Quarles. She is survived by: her sons, Ken Carlton of Rockmart, Bob Carlton of Rome and Dan Carlton (Misty) of Rome; her sisters, Evelyn England (Ed) of Marietta and Mary Douglas of Dublin; her grandchildren, Jeff Carlton, Davis Carlton, Katie Carlton and Callie Carlton; and her great grandchildren, Logan Carlton, Tillman Carlton and Laney Beth Carlton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
