She was predeceased by: her mother Eunice D. Yancey; her stepfather J. T. Yancey; her father Jack L. McGinnis, Sr.; and her brother Danny McGinnis. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Keisha Deems (Kevin), Chris Gordon and Matthew Gordon; her grandchildren, Anslee Earwood (Griffin), Will Deems (Skylar), Cole Deems, Savannah Gordon and Ivy Gordon; her great grandchild Landon Earwood; her siblings, Jack McGinnis (Gloria), Judi Jackson (David), David McGinnis (Judy) and Tim McGinnis (Connie); her siblings-in-law, Kathe McGinnis, Mark, Kathy Coalson and Lisa Coalson; and her cousin Jean.

The family will be accepting flowers; however, memorial contributions may be made to Rockmart First United Methodist Church Pre-School Fund.
